A kind of electrostatic spraying, also known as liquid spraying, is called fluorocarbon spraying, Hong Kong is called curium oil.
Fluorocarbon spraying has excellent anti fading, frost resistance, corrosion resistance to air pollution (acid rain, etc.), strong UV resistance, crack resistance and can withstand severe weather conditions. It is beyond the common coating. Fluorocarbon spray coating is made of polyvinylidene fluoride resin nch2cf2 n (PVDF) as base material or metal aluminum powder as pigment. The chemical structure of fluorocarbon base material is combined by fluorine / carbon bond.
This kind of structure with short bond property is the most stable and firm combination with hydrogen ion. The stability and firmness of chemical structure make the physical properties of fluorocarbon coatings different from those of ordinary coatings. In addition to the mechanical properties of wear resistance, impact resistance has excellent performance, especially in the harsh weather and environment shows long-term anti fading, anti UV performance.
In the early 1960s, it began to be used in engineering plastics, wires and cables. In 1965, pennwalt chemical company of the United States first synthesized the polyvinylidene fluoride as the base material and metal particle aluminum powder to synthesize the architectural finish coat, also known as metallic paint, with Kynar 500 as the trademark. As a result, the world's manufacturers have begun to use Kynar 500 to manufacture their own fluorocarbon paint finish, to meet the needs of high-grade buildings, indoor and outdoor aluminum coating, a wide range of color selection, beautiful and solemn appearance, and durability, adding luster to many magnificent curtain wall buildings around the world. The coating manufacturer's guarantee for the service life of the coating starts from 10 years and 15 years, and develops to 20 years.
Powder spraying is used to spray powder coating on the surface of the workpiece by spraying powder equipment (electrostatic spray plastic machine). In electrostatic action, the powder will be evenly adsorbed on the surface of the workpiece to form a powdery coating; the powder coating is solidified by high temperature baking and becomes the final coating of different effect (different kinds of powder coating effect) The powder spraying effect is superior to the spray painting process in terms of mechanical strength, adhesion, corrosion resistance and aging resistance, and the cost is also under the same effect of spray painting.
