A kind of electrostatic spraying, also known as liquid spraying, is called fluorocarbon spraying, Hong Kong is called curium oil.
Fluorocarbon spraying has excellent anti fading, frost resistance, corrosion resistance to air pollution (acid rain, etc.), strong UV resistance, crack resistance and can withstand severe weather conditions. It is beyond the common coating. Fluorocarbon spray coating is made of polyvinylidene fluoride resin nch2cf2 n (PVDF) as base material or metal aluminum powder as pigment. The chemical structure of fluorocarbon base material is combined by fluorine / carbon bond.
This kind of structure with short bond property is the most stable and firm combination with hydrogen ion. The stability and firmness of chemical structure make the physical properties of fluorocarbon coatings different from those of ordinary coatings. In addition to the mechanical properties of wear resistance, impact resistance has excellent performance, especially in the harsh weather and environment shows long-term anti fading, anti UV performance.

Powder spraying is used to spray powder coating on the surface of the workpiece by spraying powder equipment (electrostatic spray plastic machine).
